What are the shipping options, and when will I receive my order?
Our primary shipping partner is 4PX. Depending on the destination, 4PX may work with local postal services or regional couriers for final delivery.
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, unless the product page states a different dispatch window or the item is a pre-order. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 7-15 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, local courier handling, and regional service availability. Remote areas may require additional time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the tracking number and courier. Tracking may take up to 1 business day to update after the shipping label is created.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
