What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please email services@seronine.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. For the return to be processed, all of the following conditions must be met:
— The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
— The item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition.
— The return must be authorised beforehand and forwarded to our return address with full tracking.
Returns will only be processed once you have received a return authorisation number from Seronine. Seronine reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. To avoid this, please email services@seronine.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Refunds will be processed following product inspection. Please note that Seronine currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit. I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for any defects or issues with your order. Please email services@seronine.com with your order number and clear images of the fault. Our team will promptly review the issue and assist you with an exchange or return.
Can I exchange my item?
Because our inventory moves quickly, Seronine does not currently process direct exchanges. To ensure you secure the piece you want before it sells out, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a separate, new order for your preferred size or style at your earliest convenience.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will conduct a product inspection to ensure the item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Following a successful inspection, Seronine will issue a refund to your original payment method. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to officially post to your account.
