What payment methods do you accept?

Seronine accepts payment through the current payment methods available at checkout, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.

No matter which payment method you choose, our platform allows you to pay in your local currency where supported.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

Sizing

What size should I order?

Because our pieces feature unique silhouettes and cuts, sizing can vary between different items. Instead of a general size guide, we provide a dedicated, detailed size chart directly on every individual product page.

Please refer to the specific measurements, such as body length, chest width, shoulder width, waist, and outseam, listed on the product page to find your best fit.

Shipping

What are the shipping options, and when will I receive my order?

Our primary shipping partner is 4PX. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Tracking details for your order will be provided by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your delivery destination, 4PX may partner with your local postal service or a regional courier for the final delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking details, including the tracking number and courier.

You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. Merchandise will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

How are duties and taxes calculated and applied?

To provide a seamless and worry-free shopping experience, Seronine covers all applicable import duties and taxes for your order where supported.

PLEASE NOTE: This means the total amount you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be required to pay additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon receiving your package where this service is supported.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please email official@seronine.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

For the return to be processed, all of the following conditions must be met:

— The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
— The item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition.
— The return must be authorised beforehand and sent to our return address with full tracking.

Returns will only be processed once you have received return authorisation from Seronine. Seronine reserves the right to reject returned products that do not comply with the return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund being processed.

Refunds will be processed following product inspection. Please note that Seronine currently does not cover the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any defects or issues with your order.

Please email official@seronine.com with your order number and clear images of the fault. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate solution, including a replacement or return where applicable.

Can I exchange my item?

Because our inventory moves quickly, Seronine does not currently process direct exchanges.

To secure the piece you want before it sells out, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a separate new order for your preferred size or style.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm they are in their original condition, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Following a successful inspection, Seronine will issue a refund to your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to officially post to your account.
